An in-depth look at ice cream, kittens, and capitalism.

Welcome to Capitalism

Almost the entire world operates under a system of capitalism. It is an imminent force that is present all around us. Through this blog, I would like to convey the truth behind this machine that everyone accepts as a part of their daily lives.

Especially in the United States, capitalism is inherent to such an extent that it is almost palpable. I firmly believe that it is flawed system and that it is made apparent by society.

Consider this scenario: you purchase a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone and then headed over to Cat’s Unlimited where you purchase two kittens. You proceed to obtain collars and catnip for these furry bundles of joy. BOOM! You just reinforced capitalism. Even though kittens and ice cream are wholly delightful, any contribution to the economy causes capitalism to stay put.

Even though the majority of the population is under the impression that capitalism is unavoidable, I am a firm believer in the power of the people. There are many different methods through which capitalism can be broken down and I will proceed to address these in later blog posts.

I think that capitalism truly is the root cause of many negative impacts. It may truly be unavoidable in today’s society. We may have developed to the point of no return. Who knows? As a faithful citizen of these United States of America, I know that it is my duty to defend whatever action I feel is most important the common good.

At the very least, take the time to learn about capitalism. Even if you don’t agree with my views completely, you may learn something that you find interesting. That being said, I’d like to introduce you to a different side of something that you’ve lived with for your entire life.

Welcome to Capitalism.
